KOALA® carries a wide variety of products, brands and models, so the images shown are representative and may vary physically from the product received, complying with all the marked specifications.

Send your details in the observations at the time of purchase or by mail to info@koala.com.mx mentioning the number of your order.

This depends on the selected package or shipping method. KOALA® normally fills all orders immediately, although it can take up to 48 hours depending on the warehouse where the product is located or if parts have to be put together.

Upon shipment, we will send the tracking guide for the customer to follow up. All shipments are FOB our warehouse. They are at the customer’s risk and expense by the means of transport selected.

In case of requiring a return, an email should be sent to info@koala.com.mx mentioning the reason for the return and later a reference number will be sent to you to start this process.

The customer must deliver the products on their own to the indicated warehouse, in their original packaging, without having been used, and  in perfect condition. Once received and approved by the warehouse, we will contact the customer to process their refund to the selected account.
